Education :

Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent) in the field of engineering a field closely and directly related to the nature of the work.

Job Responsibilities

• End user training on process flow and system analysis/maintenance right from Demand to supply.
• Monitoring Quality Notifications, including Corrective Action Preventive action and Customer Complaints.
• Solving break fixes and service requests including Plant Parameters, Reports, Enhancement, Interfaces Workflows and Forms.
• Responsible for monitoring the issues in quality inspections.
• Unit Testing and Integration Testing and ensuring consistency of SAP Configuration across the modules.
